Do you have a detailed list of services you offer?

We have a list of core services we offer such as dedicated email, redundant cloud backup, and remote diagnostics. We frequently expand the services we offer based on our clients needs, some of the additional services we have performed include accounting software database management, point-of-sale software management and home media server deployment.

Are you an online and local business?

We operate in the Western New York area and currently do not offer any remote only services. If you'd like to make a formal request for remote only service please contact us to discuss further options.

Are your services contract only?

Our contracted agreements are only for reoccuring services. We work with home and business clients frequently for one-time issues ranging from computer repair to specialized troubleshooting of proprietary equipment.
